Information submitted and logged

When you send a form, we receive the contact details, branch or department choices, equipment information, and message you provide. The request can also include the first page visited during that browser tab, referring site and path, campaign tags or ad click ID, and the exact stock, model, brand, or branch connected to the form. Referrer query strings are not retained, and first-touch context is stored only for the current browser tab. The site and its hosting or security providers may also process IP address, browser and request details, page requests, submission timing, and anti-abuse verification results. The site does not require a customer account.

How it is used

We use submitted information to route and answer requests, prepare requested quotes, schedule requested service, provide parts help, secure the website, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain business records. We use the contact method you provide to respond to the request. Any separate marketing communication is subject to the consent and opt-out rules that apply to that channel.

Community voting and optional updates

Community voting is not open, and this website is not currently collecting community votes or community mailing-list sign-ups. If a campaign opens, the published rules and this notice will explain the dates, participating organizations, service providers, uses, and retention periods. The vote would be limited to public supporters age 18 or older and would verify control of an email address and mobile phone to administer one verified vote per campaign, subject to fraud review. Verification contact information would not be reused for marketing unless the supporter makes a separate, optional mailing-list choice and completes any required confirmation. Community voting will not ask for school enrollment, chapter or club membership, or information about a child.

Service providers and external tools

Vercel hosts this website. When enabled, site analytics records page use and actions such as calls, directions, document views, and successful forms; those event records do not include the name, email, phone number, or message entered in a form. Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-abuse verification data. Resend processes lead-delivery email when that channel is enabled; Garton may instead or additionally route a submission to an authorized customer-management service. Manufacturer catalogs, quote tools, maps, job applications, SmartEquip, and other linked services have their own privacy practices. GartonTractor.com does not use submitted lead information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Disclosure and business requests

Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website or business systems, and with a manufacturer, lender, insurer, or other party when needed for a transaction or service you request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or in connection with a business transaction. Garton does not use this website to sell submitted lead information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California requests

California law may provide rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. Email info@gartontractor.com or call (209) 632-3931 to make a request. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting, and will handle the request under the law that applies to it.

Retention, security, and children

Information is retained for the business, service, warranty, accounting, security, and legal periods that apply to it. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This equipment website is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
