Garton tractor is an awesome place. Whether you are buying equipment or having it repaired, their staff goes the extra mile to make sure you are back to work as quickly as possible! The folks at the parts department are highly knowledgeable and do all they can to find the parts you need if you are doing your own wrenching.

I needed some info on a tractor that I had repaired in 2017 and the woman working was so kind and helpful. They had swapped systems so she was checking the new and the old to no avail. Then she said she would go look in the back in the physical files and sure enough she found it! She easily could have just said she didn't see it so I really appreciate her making the effort and helping me out! That is great customer service- they already made their money off me so this was purely her helping me out with no financial gain. And the tractor is still running great so they do great work!

From the beginning, buying stuff from a great sales person, like Tad Kimbler, getting parts from all the guy great guys at the parts counter. To one of the best service managers in Mike that I’ve dealt with in any brand of equipment or vehicles. Garton in Ukiah is a great place all around to buy any machinery that you might need for your farm. Thanks always and for everything guys, Jesse Sherman

How these guys manage to show up as 4.8 stars is beyond me. It took 4 phone calls to get an appointment for service on a Kubota excavator. Now the day of service waiting over 2 hours and 2 phone calls for the first service call of the day and nothing has happened. I guess when you're the only game in town you get to be irresponsible with no consequence. 3 hours later. To their credit, they've corrected wrong information on their end and implemented a change in phone procedure. Hopefully that does the trick for preventing issues in the future.

I hear Tractor Supply in a pretty good place to shop and if we need parts if they have it I'll get it for you and they deliver equipment
