A high quality, knowledgeable business, where they can get anything, fix anything wrong, and dont charge extra for good service. I use them for Kubota equipment but they sell and service several other equipment brands. Good people.

I have owned 6 tractors now, 3 purchased new, 3 purchased used. Of the new tractors, the John Deere 5055e was new, purchased around the corner and the bobcat v519 was purchase a mile away at the dealer on Santa Rosa Ave. out of all of the tractor purchases, I have NEVER had someone go over the tractor in the amount of detail that Will Jenkle did. I purchased a MX6000. He went over it top to bottom making sure I knew everything from maintenance items, emissions, and safety. I actually learned from this experience. If you have only purchased a tractor from Will, you have no idea how much better he is at making you the correct tractor, with the correct equipment, and ensuring you know your equipment before you leave. I will say that I still love my Bobcat V519, but the Bobcat dealer is horrible. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the service department. Replacement parts are impossible to find. They even ran out of the hydrostatic fluid required by Bobcats warranty. Not this dealer. They have about 300 gallons of Kubota hydrostatic fluid in the service area. People greet you politely when you enter. Everyone seems happy to work there. The guys in the service area were super nice and helpful too. I received an answer to an email within several hours AFTER I already bought the tractor and drove it home. Management and owners must be doing something right to keep good people employed here. Please keep doing what you’re doing. Bottoms line is if you are looking at a John Deere or a Bobcat but can get something here instead, get it here. The dealership is what matters 2 years down the road more than anything. Only other tractor dealer as good as this place is truck tops, but the owners work the floor, so you’re going to get good service there. I’ve never bought a tractor there though so I cannot speak to Mahindra’s quality. Thank you for the awesome experience. To clarify, I highly recommend this dealer, regardless of brand.

Absolutely great service! I stopped by Garton Tractor without an appointment looking for a same day tractor purchase. Gary Peterson Jr. helped me and I could not be more satisfied with his customer service, patience and expertise. Gary was able to set up and have the tractor ready in just a couple of hours. He took the time to explain the tractor's functionality and ensured I had everything I needed when I left. It is so refreshing to find great and personable customer service. Thank you Gary for all your help. Thank you Garton Tractor management for empowering Gary to take such care of customers.

I called Garton Tractor’s service department and asked them when they could get my to my Kubota tractor. The PTO had been damaged in a rototiller vs rebar incident. The service guy said probably 2 to 3 weeks so I dropped it off. Along with the PTO repair I wanted a service, new battery, new seat, and new operation decals (the others were unreadable after 17 years in the sun). Jim, in service, checked me in and called me the next day to let me know what was damaged. He kept me apprised of all costs and the timeline. It was completed in a little over two weeks and for under their ballpark estimate. As I had expected, it required major work. Trans and hst required removal and then had to be separated to get to damaged fork and gears. It was completed in under 3 weeks. These guys did an excellent job. I wouldn’t take a tractor anywhere else. I had previously taken it to another tractor service in the area and requested the same things. I dropped it off on a Thursday and they said they would get back to me on Monday. The following Friday I had still not heard from them and gave them a call. They said they had not had a chance to look at it but when driving it it seemed like there was noise coming from the front end. I told them to not do anything else and I picked it up the following week and drove it to Garton.
