Every Hitachi machine comes with a level of comfort through our full machine standard warranty. It promises we’ll fix any defects in materials or workmanship on our compact equipment for two years after delivery or 2,000 hours.*
EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SERVICE CONTRACTS
Although every new Hitachi model is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty (2 years / 2,000 hours), sometimes additional protection is required, particularly if your machine is working in challenging conditions, or if you want to minimize repair costs. In that case, you can call on us for HELP (Hitachi Extended Life Program) – a unique extended warranty, or tailor-made service contracts. Extended warranty is available up to 10,000 hours.
