EASY TO MAINTAIN
We have designed the ZW180-6 with several convenient maintenance features that not only make life easier, but also save on running costs. For example, the new Stage IV-compliant engine does not require a diesel particulate filter. As a result, it offers reduced fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
In addition, we made sure the engine covers opened fully for quick access to components from ground level. The battery disconnect switch is also included as standard. Both of these features make maintenance safer and easier to ensure a reliable performance.

TWO-YEAR/2,000-HOUR FULL-MACHINE STANDARD WARRANTY
Every Hitachi machine comes with a level of comfort through our full machine standard warranty. It promises we’ll fix any defects in materials or workmanship on our compact equipment for two years after delivery or 2,000 hours.*
EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SERVICE CONTRACTS
Although every new Hitachi model is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty (2 years / 2,000 hours), sometimes additional protection is required, particularly if your machine is working in challenging conditions, or if you want to minimize repair costs. In that case, you can call on us for HELP (Hitachi Extended Life Program) – a unique extended warranty, or tailor-made service contracts. Extended warranty is available up to 10,000 hours.
